1 General Terms

This document establishes the legal basis for services provided between the ek333 platform and its members. By using ek333's website, mobile app or any other digital channel, you are agreeing to these rules.

3 Account Verification

ek333 may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. Verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. Members may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Front and back photos of National ID card (NID)
• Passport photo (where applicable)
• Proof of ownership of mobile banking account
• Selfie photo (with ID card)

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts

No deposit or withdrawal below the specified minimum amount can be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if a verification process is ongoing or the withdrawal amount is unusually large, it may take longer.

4.4 Transaction Authenticity

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500 → wagering ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 Other Bonuses

ek333 regularly offers various promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are stated at the time of announcement. The company reserves the right to cancel a bonus or any winnings earned from it if its terms are not followed.

• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings portion remaining after wagering is complete is withdrawable.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus using a different account may result in both accounts being closed.
• Any bonus offer may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

5.3 VIP Program

ek333's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver and up to 1.5% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses. Progression through VIP tiers depends on overall activity.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting and Gaming Activity

All betting and gaming activity on ek333 is conducted fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game or bet is determined automatically and without any outside interference.

6.2 Technical Issues

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical fault, server disruption or disconnection, ek333 will take appropriate action. However, the company reserves the right to void any abnormal result caused by an error.

6.3 Use of Software

Using any bot, automated software, script or AI-based tool to play or bet is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

6.4 Finality of Results

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance:

• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Betting or gaming using a third party's funds
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of game outcomes (insider betting)
• Fraudulent conduct or collusion with other users

8 Responsible Gaming

• Participation in prohibited activities
• Registration with false information
• Failure to cooperate with verification
• Extended period of inactivity

11.3 Inactive Accounts
